Frida Challenge May

I decided for this challenge to try my hand at photo transfer once more..
In the 'Lifebook' class I used this technique for the first time and loved it!
This time I left out the collage' base and transferred the
black & white image onto watercolour paper.
Below is the next step - A colour wash over the whole of transfer and border,
to give me a feel of the colours I wanted to blend.
In the following step I used gesso to cover everything to provide a key,
then I acrylics applied over face, hair and clothing, finally a decoupaged rose.
